Keeping Your jli4 Login Secure — What You Should Know
Your jli4 login is the front door to your account — and your balance. jli4 takes security seriously on the platform side, but keeping your login credentials safe is a shared responsibility. Here's what jli4 recommends every player know about account security.
Use a unique password. Don't reuse the same password you use for your email, GCash, or bank app. If one of those services ever experiences a data breach, a reused password puts your jli4 account at risk too. Use a password manager if that helps you keep track.
Enable two-factor authentication. After logging in to your jli4 account, go to Account Settings and enable 2FA. It adds a one-time code requirement at login — even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without your phone. Takes about two minutes to set up, worth it entirely.
Watch for phishing attempts. jli4 will never contact you via SMS or social media asking for your login credentials or OTP. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be jli4, do not click any links and do not share any information. Forward it to support@jli4.best so we can investigate.
Log out on shared devices. If you ever access jli4 from a shared computer, internet café, or someone else's phone, always log out when you're done. jli4's "Keep me logged in" option is for your own personal device only — never tick it on a shared device.
