jli4 Terms and Conditions
for Philippine Players

jli4 is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jli4 does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register a player account.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming through jli4 is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jli4 employee who is involved in game development, odds-setting, or platform operations.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual or one who has been banned or suspended from jli4 under any previous account.

jli4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account — including winnings generated prior to the ineligibility being discovered — may be voided at jli4's discretion.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account at jli4. Creating duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. jli4 actively monitors for multi-accounting and reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts found to be in violation, including forfeiting any associated balances or bonuses.

Account accuracy. All information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. jli4 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Name matching. The name on your jli4 account must match the name on the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw. jli4 does not accept payments from accounts belonging to third parties. If a mismatch is detected, jli4 may freeze the associated transaction, request verification documents, or reverse the transaction pending review.

Account security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli4 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jli4 support immediately. jli4 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Password requirements. jli4 requires a minimum password strength at the time of registration. Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. jli4 recommends changing your password periodically and never reusing passwords from other platforms.

All financial transactions at jli4 are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱, PHP). jli4 does not accept foreign currency deposits. All amounts displayed on the platform — balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonuses — are in PHP.

Accepted payment methods. jli4 currently supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Specific methods and limits are displayed in the jli4 cashier at the time of each transaction. jli4 may add or remove payment options at any time without advance notice.

Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit at jli4 is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. jli4 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your e-wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawal conditions. To request a withdrawal at jli4, your account must be fully verified, and the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your jli4 account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to a few hours during normal operating conditions.

Withdrawal verification. jli4 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure. Required documents may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID and a photograph of the payment method being used. Failure to provide documents will delay the withdrawal until verification is complete.

Declined transactions. jli4 reserves the right to decline any transaction that it suspects is fraudulent, violates these Terms, or does not comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. In such cases, jli4 will notify the account holder and may request additional verification.

jli4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free play credits, tournament entry bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page within the jli4 platform.

General bonus rules. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all jli4 bonuses:

• Bonuses may be credited as bonus credits, free play credits, or withdrawable cash — the type is specified per promotion.
• Bonus credits require a wagering requirement to be met before conversion to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once across all accounts. Multi-account bonus claiming is a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• jli4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already in progress for active players at the time of the change.
• Bonus abuse — including using bonuses in a manner designed to exploit mathematical advantages while minimising risk — is prohibited. jli4 may void bonus winnings generated through what it determines to be abusive play patterns.

Referral program. The jli4 Refer a Friend program pays cash rewards for qualifying referrals. A qualified referral requires the referred friend to register a new account using the referrer's unique link and make a minimum first deposit within 30 days of registration. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and artificial referral inflation are prohibited and will result in reward forfeiture and account review. Sports betting. NBA and PBA odds at jli4 are drawn from live data sources and updated in real time up to the start of each event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jli4, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Results are determined by the official outcome as reported by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or walkover, jli4 applies standard void and settlement rules as described in the sports-specific betting rules available inside the platform.

Card games (Tongits, Pusoy). All jli4 card game tables use a cryptographically verified random shuffle. Each hand is independent of all previous hands — there is no card counting advantage possible in the jli4 digital environment. Players must complete their action within the allocated turn timer. Disconnection during a hand will result in an automatic fold or the safest available default action, depending on the game. jli4 is not liable for game outcomes resulting from a player's internet connection failure.

Slot games (JILI Slots). All JILI slot titles at jli4 operate on certified random number generation. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages across millions of spins and are not a guarantee of returns within any individual session. Slot results are entirely independent of previous spins.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Stake limits are displayed at each game table or bet slip at jli4. jli4 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts or game categories at any time, with or without advance notice, in response to risk management requirements.

Errors and technical issues. In the unlikely event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, jli4 reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and refund all stakes to the affected accounts. This includes software malfunctions, database errors, and communication failures. jli4 will not honour bets that were accepted due to clearly incorrect odds or payouts resulting from a technical malfunction.

jli4 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating play with one or more other players at a jli4 table to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, signal sharing, or any form of coordinated strategy against unsuspecting opponents.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using any software, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to automate gameplay, place bets, or interact with the jli4 platform on your behalf without human decision-making.
• Exploitation of software bugs: Deliberately exploiting any known or discovered software vulnerability, game glitch, or system error to generate credits, bonuses, or outcomes that would not occur in normal operation.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Abuse of jli4 support: Filing false complaints, impersonating jli4 staff, or attempting to manipulate support staff through deception or threats.

jli4 employs monitoring systems that analyse gameplay patterns, transaction behaviour, and account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. All findings are reviewed by the jli4 integrity team before any action is taken against an account.

jli4 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a primary source of income, and not something that should negatively impact your financial wellbeing, your relationships, or your daily life.

Available tools at jli4:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your jli4 account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours — decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your jli4 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or extended self-exclusion from jli4. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration requested and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

jli4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jli4 Privacy Policy. By creating a jli4 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.

jli4 collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, contact details, government ID information provided for verification, payment details, device information, IP address, and gameplay and transaction history. This data is used to operate the platform, verify eligibility, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.

jli4 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors, fraud detection partners, and regulatory authorities only as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable Philippine law.

All content on the jli4 platform — including but not limited to the jli4 name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jli4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jli4 content without prior written permission. This prohibition includes scraping game data, odds, or any other content from the jli4 platform through automated means.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jli4 about the platform may be used by jli4 without restriction, compensation, or acknowledgement. By submitting feedback, you grant jli4 a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback in any form.

jli4 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jli4 works to maintain a reliable service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete absence of technical errors, or continuous availability of any specific game or feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli4 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or service interruptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of jli4, including financial losses from gambling decisions you make on the platform.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any content, conduct, or actions of other jli4 players at shared game tables.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits jli4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jli4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without advance notice, if:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• jli4 suspects fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, or any other prohibited conduct.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 1 of these Terms.
• jli4 is required to do so by a relevant authority or in response to a legal obligation.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or closure.

Upon legitimate account closure — that is, closure not arising from a Terms violation — any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method after identity verification is completed. Balances associated with accounts closed for Terms violations may be forfeited at jli4's discretion, subject to applicable law.

You may voluntarily close your jli4 account at any time by contacting jli4 support at support@jli4.best. Please allow up to two business days for voluntary account closures to be processed.

jli4 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jli4 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the jli4 platform after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you should stop using the platform and contact jli4 support to request account closure.

Customer support. For any questions, complaints, or disputes related to your jli4 account, please contact the jli4 support team at support@jli4.best or through the live chat function within your logged-in account. jli4 aims to respond to all support queries within a few hours and to resolve most issues within 48 hours.

Formal complaints. If you believe a jli4 support decision is unfair or incorrect, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to support@jli4.best with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and including your account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. jli4 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and issue a full response within five business days.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jli4 that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Language. These Terms are written in English (en-PH). In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and this English version, the English version shall prevail.
